At Parker & Honey Landscape and Design, we believe landscaping is about more than just plants, pavers, and pretty yards, it's about people. Founded in June 2023 by husband-and-wife team Tyler and Mercades Parker, our company is built on a deep passion for creating spaces where memories are made, relationships are grown, and houses truly become homes.
Based in Anderson, CA, we proudly serve Shasta County and the surrounding parts of Siskiyou and Tehama Counties. Whether you're dreaming of a custom hardscape, a peaceful water feature, efficient irrigation, or stunning outdoor lighting, we’ve got the tools, talent, and heart to bring it to life. If it can be done in a yard, chances are, we do it.
Where Craftsmanship Meets Care
Much of that talent started early for Tyler, who learned the ropes working alongside his dad. From digging trenches to laying pavers, he picked up the skills that would one day become the foundation of this business. After his dad passed away in 2018, Tyler had to step up, sharpen his knowledge, and learn how to lead, not just as a landscaper, but later as a business owner. That legacy of hard work and heart is what drives everything we do today.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Tyler brings a deep understanding of landscape design and installation to every project. But what really sets us apart is our mission: to build lasting relationships with our clients, provide exceptional service, and treat every property like it’s our own. Clear communication, integrity, and your satisfaction are the cornerstones of our process.
We serve both residential and commercial properties, and no matter the size of the job, we bring the same level of care and creativity. Entry-Level | Full-Time or Seasonal
Kickstart your landscaping career with hands-on experience in hardscape and softscape installation. You'll work with tools and machinery, assist with planting, irrigation, and drainage, and support the crew with material handling and jobsite prep. No experience required—just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Growth opportunities available!

Experienced | Full-Time
Lead landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish. You'll read site plans, set grades, manage teams, operate equipment, and ensure quality work on both softscape and hardscape installs. Communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are key. Must have hands-on experience with tools, layout, grading, and crew supervision.

Leadership Role | Full-Time
Oversee landscape installations from planning to completion. You'll manage crews, coordinate deliveries, maintain quality control, communicate with clients, and keep projects on time and within budget. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with experience in construction management and a passion for organization and leadership. Sales experience is a plus.
