Our Process

  • Every project starts with a quick phone call to understand your goals, timeline, and overall vision. During this call, we’ll answer initial questions, explain our process, and schedule your onsite meeting with all decision-makers present. This step ensures we’re aligned from the very beginning and sets the foundation for a smooth project.

  • Our Sales and Project Manager will meet you at your property to walk the space and discuss your vision in detail. Together, we’ll determine whether your project requires a custom landscape design or if a straightforward estimate will meet your needs.

Landscape designs are highly encouraged, as they help avoid costly changes, improve accuracy, and allow you to fully visualize your finished space.

To prepare for this meeting, we may ask for:

    • Survey or site plan

    • House plans (if available)

    • Inspiration photos

    • Photos or videos of your property

  • During the onsite meeting, our team will gather all necessary information to move your project forward. This includes measurements (if needed), photos, and videos of your property.

All information is shared with our design and estimating team to ensure accuracy and alignment before moving into the next phase.

  • If No Design Is Needed

For simpler projects, we’ll prepare and deliver your landscape estimate within approximately two weeks.

If You Move Forward With a Design

For design-based projects, we move into a more detailed planning phase that typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on project size and revisions.

  • Item description
  • Once your estimate is approved and signed, your project is scheduled. Before construction begins, we’ll complete a final walkthrough to confirm details and expectations.

Our team then brings your project to life with clear communication, consistent updates, and high-quality craftsmanship throughout the entire build process.

  • After construction is complete, we walk the project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. This final step ensures every detail is complete and that you’re fully satisfied with your new outdoor space.
